I wanted a simple way to organize my thoughts—a space to write things down and actually see them.
I needed a calendar that felt calm and clear, not cluttered or overwhelming.
That’s when Orbit came to me.
The Root
I was talking to a friend about it and said,
“I need a calendar where I can see the whole year at once, not just month by month.”
After a bit of talking, we decided right then: let’s make it.
The Stem
We started sketching and testing ideas.
At first, it was just a simple drawing on paper, but slowly it became a minimalist wall calendar showing all twelve months together.
When we printed a test version and hung it on the wall, we knew—it was exactly what we had been looking for
The Bloom
Orbit_01 started from a personal need for order and clarity.
It wasn’t for selling or the market—I just needed it.
Now, every time someone uses it, that simple need from day one becomes a shared language for people looking for meaning in time.
